Montpellier conurbation has created a space dedicated to welcoming international companies. This facility, named the MIBI (Montpellier International Business Incubator), is established in the Parc Euréka and was inaugurated on the 1st June 2011.

Montpellier conurbation has developed an entirely innovative package for these companies with a network of “premium” services listed in a Soft Landings services directory and upon which the foreign company may call at any time. ILO has been selected to provide the following services:

- Relocation of employees: Help company directors, employees and their families get settled. Help them get through the administrative red tape such as obtaining a driver’s license, school enrolments, finding a home…

- Raising awareness of French culture and intercultural communication: Raising awareness of cultural differences is essential for the company and its employees to ensure their success on the French market. Learning the French language and culture will also be an essential step towards fitting in.
