Free linguistic audit

  • Written test in the language of your choice
  • Objective summary sheet to be filled in by the trainee
  • Oral interview to define training programme
  • Evaluation grid

Evaluations

  • Evaluation report of the trainee’s written and oral level, in addition to an evaluation of all aspects of the language
  • The most appropriate programme (with regard to the level and objectives of the course) given to the trainee(s) at the beginning of the course.
  • These reports are then validated and sent by:
    - the trainees (individuals)
    – the training managers (companies)
    – the trainers

Monitoring
Training managers will receive the following documents:

  • At the beginning of the course:
    1/ Start-of-course evaluation + course programme
    2/ Mid/end-of-course progress reports

  • During the course (every month):
    1/ Once the course has been underway for several weeks, the trainee is contacted by the course manager to ensure that the training approach is meeting the trainee’s requirements.
    2/ Hours remaining, with attendance sheet
    3/ Attendance rate

  • At the end of the course:
    1/ End-of-course report, with the trainee’s record
    2/ Chart showing the trainee’s level of satisfaction
    3/ A recommendation sheet for maintaining the language level
    4/ Global attendance rate
    5/ Chart showing the progress made by the trainee
